SuppSync grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app.
User Data
All data you enter is stored on your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, your data may be included in your iCloud account backups. We do not access or use your data.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use SuppSync for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the app.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to SuppSync and its content are owned by the developer.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SuppSync at any time if you violate these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SuppSync is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of SuppSync.
